After conferring with the Johnston County District Attorney's Office, no additional charges will be filed in the fatal collision that killed Nancy G. Wood and her son Robbie R. Wood of Zebulon. The fatal collision occurred on July 13, 2002, at 2:40 a.m. on N.C. 39.
Troopers arrested Bryan Carl Peterson, age 17, Middlesex, who was the driver of the Dodge Caravan at the time of the collision. He has been charged with felony hit and run.
