Bryan Beatty, Secretary of the North Carolina Department of Crime Control and Public Safety, and Colonel Richard W. Holden, Commander of the North Carolina State Highway Patrol will conduct a press conference at the State Highway Patrol office in Waynesville, NC at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2003. Secretary Beatty and Colonel Holden will discuss “Operation Cody” and share the results of the operation with the media. Both will be available for interviews following the press conference.
