Promotion Ceremony for 19 Highway Patrol Members set for Friday |

Nineteen members of the State Highway Patrol will be promoted in ceremonies on Friday, March 16, 2001 . The promotion ceremony will take place in the Kerr Scott Building on the North Carolina State Fairgrounds, 1025 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh at 11 a.m. Two members will be promoted to the rank of lieutenant, five to the rank of first sergeant, and twelve to the rank of line sergeant.
