The new director of the Alcohol Law Enforcement Division of Crime Control and Public Safety, Michael D. Robertson, will be sworn into office 2 p.m., Thursday, October 31, at the Old House Chambers, State Capitol. Robertson worked for the State Bureau of Investigation for 22 years, retiring in 2001 as an assistant director. You’re invited to cover the ceremony.
