Dram Shop Investigations

These investigations are initiated when an underage person is involved in an alcohol related vehicle crash resulting in death or serious injury. Investigations are aimed at identifying the adult provider of the alcohol that contributed to the wreck and to ensure appropriate criminal and administrative action is taken.
