7:08 AM- Troopers are advising that road conditions are deteriorating on primary and secondary roadways throughout the triangle and triad and encouraging motorists not to drive unless absolutely necessary.  Troopers are responding to numerous traffic collisions in these areas; the majority of those collisions are property damage only.  All interstates are open statewide and traffic is moving.

Motorists that must drive should exercise caution while traveling to their destination.
