Highway Patrol Swearing-in Ceremony for Colonel Randy Glover

 

Colonel Randy Glover of the State Highway Patrol will be sworn in as Patrol Commander on Friday, August 7th, at 10 a.m. at the State Capital. Gov. Bev Perdue will speak at the ceremony and North Carolina Secretary of State Elaine Marshall will administer the oath of office.
