SILVER ALERT ISSUED FOR MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT 

RALEIGH -- The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered 82-year old Hope Mills woman, Ruby Cummings Kennedy.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Kennedy, who was last seen wearing a green shirt and black skirt. She is 5 feet and 3 inches tall, weighs about 140 pounds, is white and has gray hair.

Kennedy left 330 Forest Lake Drive, Hope Mills at 3:30 pm yesterday. She was last seen traveling on NC 53 in Bladen County operating a1998 white Toyota Corolla, North Carolina license tag number, PXV-4321.

The Hope Mills Police Department contacted the center to request the alert for Kennedy. Kennedy is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
