RALEIGH -- The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has cancelled the AMBER Alert issued earlier this morning for Jose Angel Fitzpatrick.

The boy's father, Kenneth Paul Fitzpatrick, brought Jose and turned himself in to the Division of Social Services in Pittsboro around 10 a.m.
