Highway Patrol Basic Academy Graduation 

 
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol will graduate 32 new troopers from its 121st Basic Academy on Thursday, November 29th at 10:00 a.m. Graduation will be held at the J. S. Dorton Arena at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds.
