North Carolina will use Electronic Submission

• File State Tier II reports using E-Plan, the Emergency Response
  Information System, at https://erplan.net/eplan/login.htm.
  

  The State of North Carolina does not accept copies of any kind for Tier II reporting. All that is necessary for State compliance is successful filing online through E-Plan (NOTE: successful filing via
  E-plan online represents an electronic signature).
  
  

• There are no fees for state submission.
  
  
• Check with your County LEPC and responding fire department for their reporting requirements. Alamance, Mecklenburg and Wilson counties require that you use their system for submission. Please check with them if you have facilities in those counties.
